Hot Stone Massage Therapy. Relieve sore muscles and intensify the restorative properties of your massage with a Hot Stone elevation. The heat from our hot stones helps release tension by relaxing the muscles, making your massage even more effective. Heat also helps expand the blood vessels so that blood can circulate through the lymphatic system to rid the body of toxins and help it mend

Swedish Massage is often referred to as the “relaxing massage.” Your Therapist will use light to firm pressure with a range of long, smooth strokes. They will use a combination of kneading and friction for the more superficial layers of the muscle tissue, and can combine active and passive movements of the joints

Chair Massage focused on your neck, shoulders and arm, upper and lower back. This style of massage uses deep tissue and pressure point techniques, performed on an individual sitting in a special massage chair fully clothed. This techniques lets you relax, relieve tension and enjoy the benefits of a shorter section.

Prenatal Massage is a special type of a massage therapy tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women. Many women find that pregnancy massage helps to minimize stress, promote relaxation and help with lower back pain.

Thai Massage or Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing and knowledge from Thailand more than 2000 years ago. It uses pressure points and energy lines, and it includes yoga-like stretching with slow and gentle firm movements. So the experience of the recipient will be relaxing and therapeutic.



Neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm to reduce pain.  The massage therapy pressure is usually applied with the fingers, knuckles, or elbow on the proper trigger points. After the muscle is relaxed through massage therapy the pressure on nerves is released and blood circulation provide relief associated with soreness and pain.

Sports Massage are pre-activity and post-activity massage. Pre-activity uses dynamic stretching to allow the connective tissue to work through a full range of motion, thereby reducing possible injury. Post-activity massage focuses on recovering the muscle tissue that may have been impacted doing the particular sport. It involves long strokes to flush out the toxins that causes soreness in the muscles and joints.

Acupressure or Shiatsu is related to the Chinese system of acupuncture. By stimulating the body's energy meridians (pathways), it provides a wonderful sense of relaxation, consciousness and wellness.

Lymph Massage known as lymphatic drainage consists of gentle pressured and pumping movements towards the direction of the lymph nodes throughout the body. Lymph Massage helps to clear any blockages and gives the lymphatic system running healthy and strong. This in turn keeps your body free of toxins and illness and while also creating a stronger immune system.

Trigger points are areas of tension that cause pain in other areas of the body. Many individuals suffering from chronic pain offer have one or multiple trigger points that affect other areas of the body and cause constant pain. The back is a common trigger point causing pain in the neck and shoulders as well, and sometimes progressing to cause headaches if not treated.


The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out the toxins that linger in your body's tissues.

Cupping involves placing glass jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air.  The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup.

Your therapeutic fire cupping treatment involves warming and placing glass cups on the skin. The cups are left in place anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage to soothe the treated tissues.
