TRIGGER POINTS MASSAGE

ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE .

Cupping involves placing glass jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup.
Your therapeutic fire cupping treatment involves warming and placing glass cups on the skin. The cups are left in place anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage to soothe the treated tissues.
